Video Blog 003 ~ Journaling and Success

Welcome back!

For episode 003 I go to the Stuttgart Haupt Bahnhof and to where it all started for my 25 year ago. Journaling is something I’ve done throughout my whole life, through the ups and the downs. It’s a great way of dealing with stress, it’s a means of meditation and a way to set goals for yourself. It is fundamental to the ACTION portion of my Three Points of Contact.

What do you use your journal for? Write in the comments, and you could win a journal that I’ll send to you from Germany. Stay tuned for episode 004 ~ Hunt the Good Stuff.

Cheers,

~Greg

It’s never to late to pursue my goals. I remember the volksmarches, riding the zug, and eating Jeagersnitzel. I am gonna get me a hand full of direction and hit it hard, headed to Victorville, really enjoyed the video, I am jealous. Enjoy…

    Hello Professor!
    Awesome video!
I have been keeping my life’s most important moments in journals since high school! It has always helped me to write out problems, difficulties, joys, etc., and allowed me to move on.
What I do now though is write for me and what I want for my life….all positives! I am now reaching some of my goals and intend to continue on in life with the chosen attitude of being happy and appreciating all that life has to offer no matter what my situation (s) may be!
I still refer back to my textbook for uplifting info!
    Enjoy your day!
